Variables

Variables are a way to store and retrieve data within a flow. They are stored in the database and can be accessed by any node in the flow.

Actions

Steps this node can perform. Add one from Add a step, then pick the action.

Get Multiple Values

Get multiple values stored at defined keys

Settings

FieldTypeRequiredDescription
KeysListYesArray of keys to retrieve values for. Put the key that you want to use to concatenate the words (i.e., hyphen, underscore) and try to avoid special characters
Success If Not ExistYes / NoWhether to return success and continue flow if keys don't exist (false will stop the flow)
Default: true

Output

Later steps use this data by picking this step in the $ picker. For example, success is $.<step ID>.output.success.

json
{
  "success": false,
  "values": {}
}

Example values show the shape of the data, not real values. See Using data from earlier steps.

Field descriptions
FieldTypeDescription
successYes / NoWhether the operation was successful
valuesObjectObject with keys mapped to their values

Get Value

Get a value stored at a defined key

Settings

FieldTypeRequiredDescription
KeyTextYesPut the key that you want to use to concatenate the words (i.e., hyphen, underscore) and try to avoid special characters
Success If Not ExistYes / NoWhether to return success and continue flow if the key doesn't exist (false will stop the flow)
Default: true

Output

Later steps use this data by picking this step in the $ picker. For example, exists is $.<step ID>.output.exists.

json
{
  "exists": false,
  "success": false,
  "value": "string"
}

Example values show the shape of the data, not real values. See Using data from earlier steps.

Field descriptions
FieldTypeDescription
existsYes / NoWhether the key existed
successYes / NoWhether the operation was successful
valueanyThe retrieved value

Pop Value From List

Pop a value off a list of values, removing the value from the list. Optionally, return a default value if the list is empty

Settings

FieldTypeRequiredDescription
KeyTextYesPut the key that you want to use to concatenate the words (i.e., hyphen, underscore) and try to avoid special characters
LocationChoiceLocation to pop from - from head (FIFO) or from tail (LIFO)
Options: From head, From tail
Default: start
Default ValueTextValue to return if list is empty
Success If Not ExistYes / NoWhether to return success and continue flow if the key doesn't exist (false will stop the flow)
Default: true

Output

Later steps use this data by picking this step in the $ picker. For example, list_length is $.<step ID>.output.list_length.

json
{
  "list_length": 0,
  "success": false,
  "value": "string"
}

Example values show the shape of the data, not real values. See Using data from earlier steps.

Field descriptions
FieldTypeDescription
list_lengthNumberThe new length of the list after popping
successYes / NoWhether the operation was successful
valueanyThe popped value or default value

Push Value Onto List

Push a value onto a list of values

Settings

FieldTypeRequiredDescription
KeyTextYesPut the key that you want to use to concatenate the words (i.e., hyphen, underscore) and try to avoid special characters
ValueCodeYesThe value to push onto the list. Supports all primitive data types (string, number, boolean, array, object, null)

Output

Later steps use this data by picking this step in the $ picker. For example, key is $.<step ID>.output.key.

json
{
  "key": "string",
  "list_length": 0,
  "success": false
}

Example values show the shape of the data, not real values. See Using data from earlier steps.

Field descriptions
FieldTypeDescription
keyTextThe key for the list
list_lengthNumberThe new length of the list
successYes / NoWhether the operation was successful

Remove All Values

Removes all values for the connected account

Settings

FieldTypeRequiredDescription
Key PatternTextOptional pattern to filter keys to remove (e.g., 'temp:*')
Default: *
Confirm DeletionYes / NoYesMust be true to confirm deletion of all matching keys

Output

Later steps use this data by picking this step in the $ picker. For example, deleted_count is $.<step ID>.output.deleted_count.

json
{
  "deleted_count": 0,
  "success": false
}

Example values show the shape of the data, not real values. See Using data from earlier steps.

Field descriptions
FieldTypeDescription
deleted_countNumberNumber of keys that were deleted
successYes / NoWhether the operation was successful

Remove Value

Remove a value stored at a defined key. Also works if the value is a list

Settings

FieldTypeRequiredDescription
KeyTextYesPut the key that you want to use to concatenate the words (i.e., hyphen, underscore) and try to avoid special characters

Output

Later steps use this data by picking this step in the $ picker. For example, existed is $.<step ID>.output.existed.

json
{
  "existed": false,
  "success": false
}

Example values show the shape of the data, not real values. See Using data from earlier steps.

Field descriptions
FieldTypeDescription
existedYes / NoWhether the key existed before removal
successYes / NoWhether the operation was successful

Set Multiple Values

Set multiple values stored at defined keys

Settings

FieldTypeRequiredDescription
ValuesKey–value pairsYesObject with key-value pairs to store. Put the key that you want to use to concatenate the words (i.e., hyphen, underscore) and try to avoid special characters. Supports all primitive data types (string, number, boolean, array, object, null)
